Every repair we do is unique due to the level of damage, but we will give you a timeline with your estimate and communicate with you through every step of the repair process
Many of our locations have an on-site Enterprise Rent-a-Car location for your convenience. And if the one you choose doesn’t, we’ll drop you off at the nearest Enterprise location free of charge. The average time for a vehicle to be in a repair shop is two weeks, so ask your insurance agent about your car rental coverage. Of course, we’ll do our best to get you back in your own vehicle as quickly as possible. If you’d like to schedule your rental before you arrive, simply call our Customer Service Center at 1.888.CALIBER (225-4237).
No, Caliber is often pre-approved by all major insurance companies. When you file your claim, ask your insurance adjuster which Caliber near you is pre-approved and then give us a call to make an appointment to drop your car off. It’s that simple.

Not at all. You can even drop your car off with us and have the adjuster do their appraisal here at Caliber Collision. Caliber works closely with all the major insurance companies and can easily advise them of any work and repairs that need to be done to your vehicle. In most cases, Caliber will be pre-approved and you’ll only need one estimate.
