Caliber Celebrates Our Own “Most Influential Women”
Caliber and our family of brands are proud supporters and corporate members of the Women’s Industry Network (WIN), whose mission is to drive collision repair industry sustainability by developing women through education and connections.
WIN hosts multiple networking, leadership programs and events throughout the year where Caliber teammates participate and deliver on our Purpose of Restoring the Rhythm of Your Life®, while working toward reaching full potential through personal and professional development. WIN’s Most Influential Women Awards (MIW), honors women who have contributed to the collision repair industry with their leadership, vision, commitment to excellence and community involvement. Each year, Caliber celebrates our own female leaders as nominees and recipients of this prestigious award.
‘We Are Proud’ is one of our core values as a company, and indeed, we are proud of the following Caliber teammates who have been recognized for their professional and personal achievements.
Meet Caliber’s 2024 MIW award nominees:
Stephanie is a Regional Manager with Caliber, overseeing seven collision centers in North Carolina. Stephanie is instrumental in guiding and leading teammates enrolled in our proprietary Technician Apprentice Program (TAP), improving the future of the auto body repair industry, training and growing body techs and opening the doors to a fulfilling occupation. She’s uniquely positioned to inspire teammates to reach their full professional potential while educating the next generation of auto body technicians. Stephanie also spearheaded a leadership program designed to help teammates expand their roles. Due to her mentorship, four of her service advisors were promoted to general manager roles.
Sandra is a Regional Vice President who leads 28 Caliber Collision centers on the West Coast. Her passion for helping women grow within the auto body industry drove Sandra to spearhead a Caliber women’s Service Advisor training program and estimating class in her region. Several teammates successfully graduated from these programs and were promoted to management positions. Additionally, Sandra is an active member of Empower, a Caliber resource group that fosters female leaders' career growth and professional development.
Blair is a Director of Strategic Accounts Services for Caliber. She has an extensive background in collision repair dating back to 2004 and is enthusiastic about amplifying women in the industry. She’s actively involved with WIN, serving on the board of directors and the conference committee chair, holding both positions since 2022. Blair’s early shop experience working as the only female service advisor made her eager to learn the business and influence and expand female roles within the automotive service industry. As a result, Blair found her village in the supportive community at WIN and has continued championing other women in the industry. She has fostered programs, found mentors, and elevated programs supporting the growth of women in this space.
Jamie is the Senior Director of Sales Enablement and Industry Intelligence for Caliber and was recently named one of the 2024 Women’s Industry Network Most Influential Women Award recipients! She uses her expertise to drive meaningful conversations and foster an environment of learning and progression. She’s passionate about mentoring other women at Caliber and provides valuable input and guidance to drive their automotive services career journeys. Jamie is also dedicated to improving the lives of others in her community, including volunteering with a local homeless ministry and serving on the board of an organization that provides affordable car loans and financial skills training.
MIW nominees are reviewed by an independent selection committee comprised of industry professionals, past MIW recipients, and WIN members who do not currently serve in leadership capacity. MIW recipients are selected based on established criteria, including industry influence, professional accomplishments, mentorship and community service. Caliber is extremely proud to congratulate Jamie, one of WIN’s 2024 MIW Award honorees! Jamie and seven other female leaders from across the collision repair industry will be formally recognized in May during the 2024 WIN Conference in Newport Beach, CA. Congrats to all MIW nominees for advancing the roles of women in our industry!
